Massage Therapy involves the practice of manual assessment and manipulation of the superficial soft tissues of skin, muscle, tendon, ligament, and fascia and the structures that lie within the superficial tissues for therapeutic purpose. Massage Therapy can promote relaxation, reduce pain and discomfort, and relieve stress.

Residing in Whitby, Ontario, with her husband and two energetic boys, she has dedicated nearly three years to providing care within a clinic setting. Now, she is thrilled to transition to the next chapter of her career, offering massage treatments that cater to your needs in the comfort of your home, ensuring a personalized and soothing experience that nurtures both body and mind.
